ท         All the above rates are inclusive of government tax and service charge

ท         There is NO charge for child under 12 year old, sharing the room with their parents WITHOUT an extra bed, but ABF for child shall be paid directly to the hotel

ท         We charge the triple room rate for child, sharing the room with their parents WITH an extra bed

 

Payment Method:

 

All the bookings made through trailsofasia.com operate on a pre-payment. The payment has to be made in full amount - minimum 10 days before the check-in date. Payment can be made by online credit card payment (Visa, Master, JCB and SCB) or telegraphic transfer.

IMPORTANT: Online credit card payment – your credit card detail will be secured and sent directly to the bank.

 

• Once we have sent the booking confirmation and charged your credit card to secure your booking, the check-in voucher will follow by fax or e-mail within the same day

 

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

 

ท         Notification of cancellation is accepting only in writing

ท         Cancellation after the payment had been made and BEFORE 7 working days prior to the check-in date. There will be no cancellation charge EXCEPT 4% charge for the handling fee

ท         Cancellation after the payment had been made and BETWEEN 2-6 working days prior to the check-in date. There will be a cancellation charge of the 1^st night PLUS 4% charge for the handling fee

ท         Cancellation after the payment had been made and LESS than 2 working days. There will be a cancellation charge of 100% from the total paid amount PLUS 4% charge for the handling fee

ท         There will be no refund if you fail to check-in (no show) to the confirmed hotel.

 

NOTE: 

 

-          Working days are NOT including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday

-          Cancellation for peak season (15 December to 15 January) is required at least 15   working days prior to check-in date.
