The Ancient City (Muang Boran) is the world's largest outdoor museum, where Thailand's past is recreated in majestic splendor. A tour of the 200-acre park will bring to you the most outstanding re-creation of Thai architecture, history and way of life. All structures are categorized according to Thailand's northern, southern, northeastern and central regions. You will see authentic wooden villages, temples and markets, many of them over 100 years moved from their original locations. Her nature, art and culture are inter-woven to represent the philosophy of life in Thailand, past and present.
