CEI - 01: CHIANG RAI CITY TOUR, Half day

Explore this most northern province of Thailand. View some of the fabulous architectural styles, which combine Thai with Burmese influences. Visit Wat Phra Kaew, the initial resting place of the Emerald Buddha, which now rests at the Grand Palace in Bangkok. A replica of the emerald Buddha now sits in the same location. Finish the tour with a visit to the local market where all type of goods including ones from Burma, Laos, and China can easily be found.
